FALL 2024 SCHEDULE SURVEY

 

Many students will be juggling after-school activities and sports schedules and it can be challenging to find a good time for piano lessons. Therefore, we are asking all current students to complete a survey to help us with scheduling for the new school year.

Choose the start time of the first student if more than one student in the family.

Check the box with the total number of minutes. Example: 2 students take 30 minute lessons would check the box for 60 minutes.

You do not need to complete this section if you need to keep your current lesson day/time in the Fall.
