As stated in our Policies/Procedures, if you cancel your lesson, you are not owed or guaranteed a make up lesson. However, if you book a day/time listed on our calendar that works for you, we will provide a make up lesson. 

 

Please notify us of your request to cancel your regularly scheduled lesson as soon as possible so that we can offer your lesson day/time to other students.  The available days/times on the calendar below are because students have already notified us of their cancellations. Please do not schedule a make-up lesson until after you have notified us, and received a confirmation, of your cancellation.

 

You may book a make-up lesson by clicking on the "Book Lesson" button on the date that you want to schedule. Complete the quick form and you will receive an email confirmation.  When you cancel your lesson, you are not owed or guaranteed a make up lesson.

• You may choose any teacher available who teaches your instrument. 

• Make-up lessons must be rescheduled within 2 months of your cancelled lessons.

• You may book group make-up classes any time before or after your cancelled lesson (within the same school year.)

• This calendar will be updated daily so check back often if you don't see a day/time that works for you.

**If you do not show up for your rescheduled lesson, you will be charged for that lesson AND your cancelled lesson**. ​

Please Note: Teachers do not have the ability to make changes to the schedule so contact Ms. Michele for all cancellation requests.  Thank you for helping each other make this work!
